MUT elects new Vice-President

Norman Grech, the current Headmaster of Maria Regina College, Naxxar Primary, was appointed as the new Vice-President of the Malta Union of Teachers (MUT) during a Council meeting yesterday.

Grech, who has served in the MUT Council for many years and represents the MUT in the Council for the Teaching Profession, replaces Karl Wright, who has been in the post for the past five years.

“While congratulating Mr Grech, the MUT would like to thank Mr Karl Wright for the sterling work he did in the Council and as Vice President of the Union,” a statement released by MUT read.

Grech is a B.A. Educ graduate and has a diploma and Masters in Educational Management.
