No end-of-life protocol for patients with terminal illness
Patients with terminal illnesses receive palliative care at Sir Paul Boffa Hospital.
There exists no end-of-life protocol for patients suffering from terminal illnesses, Health Minister Godfrey Farrugia said.
However these patients, together with their relatives, received palliative care and all required assistance from Sir Paul Boffa Hospital.
The minister added that the service will also be given at the new oncology hospital.
