All 7 SDM candidates elected to Junior College students council

It's been a night of celebration for students group Christian Democrat Students (SDM) who last night won the Junior College student council's elections (KSJC).
All of the seven SDM candidates were elected to the council, a first in seven years according to students' magazine insiter online.
At a turnout of 83.7%, SDM secured 930 block votes, 83 more than their rivals Pulse who got 847.
The elected students are Simon Forster (President), Stephanie Bonnici (Social Policy Commissioner), Mauro Karl Sultana (Secretary General), Ritianne Caruana (Finance Officer), Jake Scerri (Public Relations Officer), Kendra Farrugia (Education Commissioner) and Matthew Farrugia (Culture and Entertainment Officer).
