Motorist injured in traffic accident

The Police said a 35-year-old American residing in Sliema was involved in a traffic accident with a King Long. The American, who was driving a motorcylce of type Kymco Agility, was taken to Mater Dei Hospital for medical care.

A 24-year-old man from Fgura was driving the King Long from Bahar ic-Caghaq in direction to San Giljan, the Police said.

The driver of the motorcycle – who was driving in the direction of Bahar ic-Caghaq – is not in critical condition.
