15:15 Police are investigating another murder after a man was found dead in St Mary Street, Zejtun.
The victim, Pietru Cassar, 67, of Zejtun, was killed with a firearm. Several shots were fired.
He resided in the same street but the murder took place at the entrance of another residence.

The murder took place around 2:15pm. Neighbours who gathered around the scene of crime said they didn't hear or see anything, most of them having just gone out to pick their kids or grandchildren from school.
They described Cassar as a bachelor and a father of two. One woman said she used to go out with him as she fought back tears, shouting "they killed him".
Duty magistrate Claire Stafrace Zammit has appointed experts to assist her in the inquiry.
The victim was well-known with the police. In October 2012, the police's CID and the Explosive Ordinance Disposal unit from the Armed Forces had also found explosives inside Cassar's garage, as well as unlicensed ammunition and two revolvers.
Cassar had criminal priors, including having been a suspect on several hold-ups. He was placed under an attachment order in October 2012, preventing him from transfering his assets under money laundering prevention terms.
