Regional Road re-opened after spill

Regional Road in St Julians is re-opened, police said.

Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli, direction from St Julians to Kappara, was closed to traffic early this morning after a slippery liquid spill was reported.

Police and members of the Civil Protection Department have now cleared the road from possible dangers, but appealed to motorists to exercise caution nonetheless.

The authorities were informed about the danger after five minor accidents occurred this morning, but no one was injured.
