Teenagers remanded in custody

Police Inspector Jason Agius said the teenagers went with the 83-year-old to the bank to cash his pensioner’s cheque. They later stopped at McDonald’s where they allegedly stole the wallet. Aguis also claims that there are witnesses.

Renzo Porzella Flores who is representing the teenagers, says the teenagers are innocent and requested bail.

Magistrate Anthony Vella remanded the two in custody until all witnesses have testified. The girl is also a relapser.
