Free SEC revision classes for September resits

The Ministry for Education and Employment has launched the SEC revision classes for those who will be sitting for the English, Maltese, Mathematics and Physics resits in September 2014.

The classes will be an intensive programme between the 28th July and 30th August 2014. Students who got 6, 7, U or an Absent in the four subjects above will be entitled for these classes in both Malta and Gozo.

Those applying must abide with compulsory attendance for all classes in each of the four subjects and must accept that this is an intensive class which will demand their full attention, especially those who are resitting more than one subject.  From the four subjects available, students will be available to resit a maximum of three subjects, due to the fact that regulations stipulate they’re entitled to resit a maximum of three out of those four subjects.

Students can apply on www.education.gov.mt by Wednesday 16th July 2014.  Students applying for the revision classes do not automatically apply for the resit, therefore it is important to stress that one must also apply for the resit seperately.
