[WATCH] Twelfth edition of Ohloq Tbissima marathon underway

Prime Minister Joseph Muscat and Opposition leader Simon Busuttil visited the 12th edition of Ohloq Tbissima marathon in aid of missions supported by the Missionary Society of St Paul (MSSP).

Also accompanying Muscat was his wife, Michelle. President Marie Louise Coleiro Preca visited the marathon on Friday. The marathon ends on Sunday at midnight.

St Joseph Home's is currently hosting 13 boys, but will soon be at its full 18 capacity. Donations collected during the 60-hour marathon will be distributed among four beneficiaries, including two missions in Pakistan and the Philippines.

The marathon is open to the public at St Joseph Home in Santa Venera. Donations are as follows: €10 by calling 5160 2004, €15 by calling 5170 2007, €25 by calling 5180 2009 and €4.66 by sending an SMS to 5061 8099. One can also donate online here.
