Number of streets in Paola and Fgura may suffer power cuts

Tuesday’s nationwide power cut caused minor cable faults at a substation in Fgura.

A number of Paola and Fgura residents may suffer a power cut until Enemalta workers carry out repair works on cables at the substation.

The affected streets are those connected to the substation.

A spokesman for Enemalta said works should not take more than three hours and were scheduled to take place in the evening to minimise impact on consumers and residents.
