Saudi prince praises Malta’s economy
Saudi Prince Khaled praises the status of Malta's economy during a meeting with Prime Minister Joseph Muscat
Prince Khaled Bin Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, the nephew of Saudi King Abdullah, praised the current status of Malta’s economy.
He said this during a meeting with Prime Minister Joseph Muscat. The government said that the two discussed the latest economic developments, as well as the ‘warm friendship between Malta and Saudi Arabia’.
The Prince was representing Kingdom Holding Company, a world-renowned investment holding company which is one of the largest foreign investors in the United States. Kingdom Holding Company’s major investments include News Corporation, FOX, Disneyland Paris, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Twitter, AOL, and Apple.
Muscat invited Kingdom Holding Company chairman Prince Alwaleed to visit Malta. Prince Alwaleed said that he is ‘committed to visiting Malta in the near future’.
