Scottish national, St Paul’s Bay man detained after drug haul

During the drug haul, the police seized “packets” of cocaine, cannabis leaves and LSD which were hidden in the 38-year-old man’s car.

A police statement explained how the man had been observed by the police while passing a packet full of drugs to the Scottish man.

The Maltese man was expected to be arraigned in court in the next few weeks charged with drug possession and trafficking.

The police investigations on this drug haul were still ongoing.
