[WATCH] Christmas decoration thieves caught on camera

Two male youths have been caught on camera robbing Christmas decorations from Triq Carlo Manche, Gzira.

The recording shows one of the youths opening the gate of a private residence and emerging a few seconds later with statuettes of a baby Jesus and an angel. Meanwhile, his partner-in-crime can be seen standing outside the house holding a snowman decoration, purportedly robbed from another residence.

The daughter of the family that was robbed has urged the public to help her recover the baby Jesus statuette. She explained that it has no financial value but a lot of sentimental value since it had once belonged to her now-deceased grandparents.
