Carnival weekend starts here for the Maltese queuing up at the Cirkewwa terminal to enjoy a relaxing weekend on the sister island.

Long queues have been reported at the Cirkewwa terminal as the Gozo Channel is currently running a normal schedule. Special arrangements will be made on Saturday and Sunday.

To meet the demand, Gozo Channel will be performing an additional trip early Sunday morning, leaving Mgarr, Gozo at 02.30am and departing Cirkewwa, Malta at 3am.
