Muscat discusses Libya conflict with Egyptian President

Prime Minister Joseph Muscat and Egyptian President Abdel Fatah el-Sisi held a telephone conversation tonight to discuss Libya and the role of the international community in ensuring its future stability.
Muscat also expressed his condolences for the recent murder of 21 Egyptian Coptic Chrisitans in Sirte, Libya by militants who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State.
