PN to field 185 candidates for local council elections
Almost half of Nationalist candidates for council elections are new
The Nationalist Party will be fielding 185 candidates for the local council elections, half of which are newly approved candidates.
In a statement, the PN said the candidature of 88 new candidates sent a positive message of a party that was renewing itself.
42% of the PN candidates are not older than 40 years of age while 25% of them are women.
The PN said the council elections will take place this year following the PN leader’s insistence.
