Drivers warned to drive carefully due to large pothole in Attard

Transport Malta said it was not responsible for works commissioned in Attard after numerous drivers reported a large pothole in Mdina Road, Attard.

In a statement, the transport authority said that the works were not commissioned by Transport Malta and the works that had been carried out breached various permit conditions.

“Transport Malta has to date already issued various notifications and penalties,” it said. “It has also asked for the condition of the road to be rectified.”

“In the meantime we urge all drivers to drive very carefully and slowly along that stretch of road.”
