In the Press: Planning law earns Malta reprimand from European Commission

The European Commission has warned that Malta's controversial planning law, which allows development on hospital grounds to proceed without an environmental impact assessment, is "not in line" with EU legislation, namely the Environmental Impact Assessment Directive.
