10 arrested for drug possession

10 people were arrested following drug funds last night, Police said.

Nine of the arrests were made at the same party held at a Paceville venue. Cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis resin were found.

Those arrested were composed of both men and women with ages varying between 19 and 34, residents of Gozo, Fgura, Paola, Msida, and Balzan.

The last and 10^th person to be arrested, a 34 year-old man from the UK, was caught possessing cannabis resin and was arrested in Qawra.
