Kappara flyover works: How can drivers avoid the area?

Through Birkirkara Bypass

Any traffic from Mosta and Naxxar areas, will be able to flow unimpeded from Mosta Road Lija towards Birkirkara Bypass.  The situation will not change from present.

To and from Coast Road through l-Ibraġġ

Drivers can reach the Coast Road from Birkirkara Bypass through Triq ta’ L-Ibragg Swieqi then through Triq Hal Gharghur, Gharghur and into Birkirkara Bypass.

Drivers going north can go through Triq Seracino Inglott (former Vodafone roundabout), Iklin, towards Tal-Balal then into Triq ta’ L-Ibragg towards Pembroke and into the Coast Road

To and from Coast Road through San Ġwann

The other option is to go through Triq tal-Qasam Swieqi, Triq L-Istefanotis and Triq Caruana Dingli San Gwann through Triq Bellavista Junction, down through San Gwann Industrial Estate and then into Birkirkara Bypass.

Going north from the Birkirkara Bypass one can travel through San Ġwann Industrial Estate, Triq Bellavista, Triq L-Istefanotis, San Ġwann and finally through Triq tal-Qasam to Pembroke (Triq Sant’ Andrija).
