Bus driver in Birzebbugia car crash suspended

The driver of a bus involved in a traffic accident in Birzebbugia has been suspended pending internal investigation.

No one was injured in the accident which saw a bus reversing into a car, squashing it against a wall. The car was extensively damaged.

“The driver has been suspended pending internal investigations. The Company regrets any inconvenience caused to its passengers and to the public,” the Malta Public Transport said.
