The newspaper reports a third delay in the Delimara power station project as the LNG tanger required to feed the new gas-fired power station will not be available before October. Originally, the facility was meant to come on stream in March 2015.

The lack of teachers, especially those who teach primary education, has been a problem recently and is expected to grow in the coming years. In the next two years, it is calculated that there will be a deficit of 107 tachers.

During a phone correspondence with Radio 101, Opposition leader Simon Busuttil referred to the country's authority as being collapsed. He accused the government of not having a moral compass and as a result, the countries insitutions are stagnated.

Matthew Bezzina, a co-founder of one of the most widely-used taxi services in Malta, has proposed that his company should pay more road tax than any citizen with one private car. He made this proposal despite the fact that it is detrimental to his own business in the short term.
