School children picked up more than an hour before school starts

Despite the government school transport reform, there are still children who have to wake up early as transports pick them up more than an hour before school starts.

In total, as many as 14 routes are in breach of a contract signed between the Educational Service Directorate and transport contractors.

The contract stipulates that school children shouldn’t be picked up more than an hour before schools open their doors.
