A Lamborghini Reventon, one of only 20 in the world and with an estimated value of €5 million, will be the main attraction among a supercar paddock during this year’s fund raising event Paqpaqli għall-Istrina.
Lamborghini will also be sending to Malta the Murcielago Roadster. During the event, motorists go for a ride on the taxiway of the Malta International Airport in alternative way to collect funds for l-Istrina.
More attractions will include the latest supercar by Mercedes Benz, the SLS AMG.

The 2010 Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 car will be purposely brought over to Malta and will be on display for enthusiasts to view.
All the motoring clubs in Malta have been invited to participate in this event either for the static show or the action arenas. An appeal is being made to owners of particular vehicles, being either classics or exotic, who are not members of any club to contact the organisers to display their vehicle during the day.
The event opens to the public at 9am and will also be a fun day out for all the family, apart from motoring enthusiasts. A kids zone will be set up and a food court will serve dishes throughout the day.
The event will be split into four zones. The area directly in front of the Lufthansa Technik hangars will host a static display. Three different tracks will be set up for motorsports enthusiast to practice their hobby including offroading, sprints, drifting and circuit events.
Entrance to the public will be against a donation of 5 euro. Entrance to the show is from Gate 9 accessed from Luqa Road and turning into Ħal Farruġ Road and driving towards Ta’ Kandja.
Public parking will be available both inside the venue and at the Montekristo complex.
