Drug mule jailed for eight years

A Curacao-born man of Dutch nationality was jailed for eight years after admitting to importing half a kilo of cocaine.

A 23-year-old Rachyd Curiel was arrested by police and customs officers at the airport shortly after arriving on a flight from Amsterdam in October 2008.

He was caught with half a kilogramme of cocaine hidden in his stomach and underwear.

He was also fined €4,500.

During interrogation, Curiel had told the police that he was promised  €1,500 for carrying the drug to Malta and meet a certain ‘Mike’ at the airport.

Curiel admitted to all charges before standing trial before Judge Michael Mallia and was jailed for eight years and fined €4,500.

Falke, how do YOU know that he is non-white?? Don't you think that there are white people born in Curacao?? Or are you looking for racism where none exist like a typical bleeding heart liberal?? Or are you one of those morons who think all South Africans are black??

The island of Curacao is a constituent part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, so its people are Dutch (and EU) citizens as much as those born in, say, Amsterdam or The Hague. So to describe this person as a 'Curacao-born man of Dutch nationality' does not make much sense, unless it is a coded manner of saying that he is non-White.
