Muscat mum on whether his wife has travelled on government duty

Prime Minister Joseph Muscat did not answer a parliamentary question on whether his wife has travelled abroad by herself on official government duty.  

PN Whip David Agius had originally posed the question to Muscat back in February, calling for a break down of Michelle Muscat’s travel costs. However, in his response today, Muscat said that the requested information is still being collated.

Michelle Muscat is chairperson of the Marigold Foundation, a charitable organisation she founded in 2014.
