Sliema man run over by car

A Sliema man, 31, was this morning run over by a Volkswagen Golf driven by a 20-year-old woman from Zabbar.

The accident happened at 10:30am around Pretty Bay, in Birzebbuga.

The man was given first aid and certified to be suffering of slight injuries.
