Temporary Dock 7 route to have improved surface

Resurfacing works on parts of the modified, temporary route through Dock 7 will be finished as of Monday, Transport Malta had said.

The company said that vehicles can access the route from an opening a few metres away from the existing entry, exiting through Triq Chester on to Triq Prinċep Albertu.

Dock 7 route will remain open, in the direction from Paola towards Marsa, on weekdays between 6:00am and 9:30am.

Transport Malta said it will develop an independent road through the former Ship Building which will function as another tidal lane connecting Paola Hill and Albert Town.
