Gozo Channel to offer special service for Carnival weekend

The Gozo Channel has prepared arrangements for its ferry service for the Carnival weekend.

In order to make Gozo more accessible, Gozo Channel said it will be performing an additional trip early Sunday morning, leaving Mgarr, Gozo at 2:30am and Cirkewwa, Malta at 3:00am.

It added that a shuttle service will also be provided, according to demand.

Gozo is a popular destination during Carnival, with the locality of Nadur becoming known for its macabre approach to the festival.
