Motorcyclist killed in road accident

A motorcyclist lost his life when he lost control of his Kawasaki motorbike and collided with a roundabout known as tax-Xintill in Hal Tarxien according to Police.

District Police said the accident took place at around midnight and the motorcyclist was 50 years old and from Ta' Xbiex.

The man was certified dead on site.

Magistrate Gabriella Vella called upon the assistance of several experts to aid in the inquiry.

Police investigations are ongoing.
