Man in critical condition from head wound
A man from San Pawl il-Bahar is in critical condition after reportedly suffering a blow to the head under “unknown circumstances”, police said.
In a statement, Police said how the 59-year-old man was found wounded lying on the ground at City Gate at 4:15p on Monday afternoon.
The man was rushed to hospital by ambulance and is receiving necessary medical attention.
