Inclement weather attracts hundreds of migrant 'birds'

Birdlife Malta will be calling an urgent press conference tomorrow Saturday to explain the extent of illegal bird shooting. This morning, hundreds of migrant birds were noted by international observers across the Maltese Islands. Malta has allowed for a controversial derogation for spring hunting. The decision to allow for spring shooting has allowed several hunters to hunt for protected birds such as the Little Egrets which were photographed this morning by bird watcher Ray Galea.

Maybe because there are protected species which shouldnt be shot at? Give me just one acceptable reason what makes the human species so superior thanks. By the way i'm not a treehugger.
