At least 20 dead and 50 injured in attack on Syrian bakery
Activist say more than 100 people killed across Syria and more than 50 injured in an attack in Aleppo by government forces on Tuesday.
Activists said that at least 20 people were killed when a bakery in Aleppo, Syria, was hit in a government shell attack.
Some 100 people were lined up at the bakery which was the only to still be operating in that part of the city which has fallen under intense shelling for the third consecutive day.
They added that more than 50 people were injured in the attack by government forces on the neighbourhood of Masaken Hanano sending numerous victims to surrounding field hospitals.
A plea has been sent out to local doctors to come and assist with the influx of victims.
A number of victims from the gruesome scene remain unidentified with some, including a young girl, having had their faces or entire heads blown off.
More than 100 persons were killed across Syria on Tuesday according to figures released by activists.
