A knife-wielding German attacked two people on a train in Austria
Two teenagers were injured in Austria this morning when a German assailant attacked them with a knife on a train.
The incident occurred around 6:35am on a regional train from Bludenz to Feldkirch when a 60-year-old German man attacked two passengers with a knife. The victims were a 19-year-old, who was stabbed in the stomach and wounded him in the back, and a 17-year-old who was injuring the neck.
The assailant was arrested at the station in Sulz after he resisted arrest, forcing officers to use pepper spray.
According to local media, the police called the man “obviously mentally disturbed.”
