[WATCH] Man arrested after knife attack in Munich

A man has been arrested after four people were lightly injured in the Rosenheimer Platz station in central Munich.

None of the victims suffered life threatening injuries.

"We have arrested a person who very strongly resembles the description by witnesses, but we cannot confirm that he is the attacker," Munich police spokesman Marcus da Gloria Martins said.

The police were searching for the attacker who has since fled the scene on a black bicycle. The motive is still unknown.

The suspect is believed to be a man in his 40s wearing gray trousers, a green training jacket, and carrying a backpack.
