Russia inquiry: Trump launches Twitter tirade
'Never seen such Republican ANGER & UNITY'
US president Donald Trump has launched a Twitter tirade, amid reports that the first arrest in the Russian collision inquiry would be made this week, even as early as Monday.
Trump insisted that allegations of collusion between Russia and his campaign were a “witch hunt”.
Media reports said that the first charges have been filed, in the investigation led by special counsel Robert Mueller into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election, to aid Trump.
According to CNN and Reuters, quoting unnamed sources, it is not clear what the charges are and who they are targeting,
A series of four tweets were released by Trump on Sunday morning.
Never seen such Republican ANGER & UNITY as I have concerning the lack of investigation on Clinton made Fake Dossier (now $12,000,000?),....

Then about an hour later he tweeted:
All of this "Russia" talk right when the Republicans are making their big push for historic Tax Cuts & Reform. Is this coincidental? NOT!

Critics accused him of attempting to divert attention from the Russian investigation, by complaining about the lack of focus on an opponent he defeated in the presidential election almost a year ago.
US intelligence agencies have concluded that the Russian government indeed sought to aid Trump in winning the election.
Mueller’s investigation is looking in to links (if any) between Russia and the Trump campaign, however both deny that there was any collision.
His team is known to have conducted extensive interviews with several current and former White House officials.
Mueller, former FBI director, was appointed by the department of justice as special counsel in May, shortly after Trump fired FBI director James Comey.
On Friday, Trump said that it was now “commonly agreed” that there was no collusion between himself and Russia, but said that there were links between Moscow and Hilary Clinton.
Republican lawmakers said that the uranium deal, with a Russian company in 2010, when Clinton was secretary of state, was sealed in exchange for donations to her husband’s charity.
A congressional investigation was opened into the case, with Democrats saying it is an attempt to divert attention from the alleged ties between Trump himself and Russia.
