Inter accepts United’s offer for Sneijder according to reports
Inter have accepted Manchester United’s offer for Sneijder according to reports from the English press Tuesday morning.
Inter have accepted Manchester United’s offer for Wesley Sneijder according to an exclusive story in the Daily Mirror.
According to the reports Inter have accepted €35 million for the transfer.
This would mean that United would only need to negotiate personal terms with Wesley Sneijder.
This will obviously be the sticking point as the Inter player wants €10million net per season (approx €200,000 per week) the same wage he has with Inter.
At the moment, Sneijder is with Inter in China preparing for the Italian Super Cup match against city rivals Milan.
“I want the Italian Super Cup.” Sneijder told the press.
"We're here for a very important match and it's a special game for two reasons.”
“The first is because we're in China and secondly because it's a derby."
“I'm convinced Inter can do well here and I'll do everything I can to make sure that happens. We want to win. We're here to win it,” concluded Sneijder.
