European heavyweights to clash in Champions League group stage

The UEFA Champions League group stage draw was held on Thursday evening and some of Europes biggest clubs were picked to face each other.

One of the highlights of the group stage fixtures will be in Group H. Current European champions will be facing Italian champions Milan. Just this week Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri had told reporters that he would wish to avoid Barcelona in the Champions League, unfortunately his wish did not come true.

The group stage fixtures will be played on 13/14 September, 27/28 September, 18/19 October, 1/2 November, 22/23 November and 6/7 December – view the full schedule.
