Qormi too good for Balzan
In Sunday’s second match Qormi easily defeated Balzan Youths 3-0.
While the first half remained scoreless, Qormi scored the first goal of the match four minutes into the second half.
A freekick from Joseph Farrugia left no chance for Balzan Youths goalkeeper Matthew Camilleri.
To make matters worse for Balzan, they were reduced to ten men on the 52nd minute after Pedro Dos Santos Calcado received his second yellow card for pushing an opponent.
On the 90th minute, Jorge Pereira beat the Balzan goalkeeper to make it 2-0.
And finally in added time, Joseph Farrugia served Joseph Farrugia who made no mistake with his shot to make the final score 3-0.
