Division 2: Senglea Athletic, Msida St. Joseph, San Gwann, Gzira United, Siggiewi, Gharghur, Mellieha, Luqa St. Andrew's and Kirkop United.
Division 3: Pembroke Athleta.
Gozo: Victoria Hotspurs and Xewkija Tigers.

Twelve Premier League clubs will join the qualified teams in the third round.
Draws for the third round will be held on November 22, 2011 for matches to be played on December 16, 17 and 18.
