Floriana add more misery to Marsaxlokk

For Floriana this was the fifth win in six matches as for Marsaxlokk it was a different story as it was their fourth defeat in a row.

Three minutes into the match Floriana managed to take the lead. Andre Grabowski moved into the area and dribbled past goalkeeper Christian Cassar to find the back of the net with his shot.

On the 32^nd minute, Marsaxlokk were unlucky to hit the crossbar with a shot from Manolito Micallef.

Four minutes before the end of the first half, off a cross by Grabowski, Onome Sodje headed the ball in the direction of Manolito Micallef who then performed a great move to beat goalkeeper Christian Cassar.

On the 63^rd minute, Floriana scored another to make it 3-0. It was John Mintoff who this time dribbled past the goalkeeper to conclude with a goal.

Floriana added more misery to Marsaxlokk on the 94^th minute when they were awarded a penalty after Jean Paul Farrugia handled the ball inside the area. Ivan woods made no mistake from the penalty spot to make the final score 4-0.
