Italy press suggests MFA lining up Giancarlo Camolese for national coach
According to Calciomercato.com, Giancarlo Camolese is in pole position to take the vacant position of National team coach.
Camolese has played with a number of top Italian clubs and also has good experience coaching teams such as Torino, Reggina, Vincenza and Livorno.
Other Italian coaches that are possible candidates for the position are former Serie A and Italian international players Ciccio Graziani and Antonio Cabrini.
MFA failed in their attempt to lure their first choice candidate former National Coach Dusan Fitzel to take the job. Fitzel prefered to remain technical director of the Czech FA.
With Fitzel refusing the position, the MFA were forced to focus on other candidates.
