Comfortable win over Mosta for Sliema

Sliema had the first attempt on goal on the 8^th minute when Daniel Mitev's shot from the edge of the area went just wide.

On the other side of the pitch, an Ian Zammit freekick scraped the post on the 28^th minute.

On the 38^th minute, Mosta's Obinna Obuiefule went close when his effort from close range scrapped past the post.

Sliema went ahead on the 53^rd minute. Alex Muscat served Emiliano Lattes who then beat goalkeeper Jonathan Debono with his shot.

Ten minutes later, Sliema doubled their lead. Off a Daniel Mitev corner, Anicet Eyenga made no mistake with his header.

On the 85^th minute, Mosta were reduced to ten-men after Ian Zammit picked up his second yellow card of the match.
