Valletta too strong for Mosta

Valletta started the match on the attack and their first goal arrived on the 14th minute. Shaun Bajada served Michael Mifsud who then dribbled past the Mosta defenders to then beat goalkeeper Justin Haber with his shot.

Valletta made it 2-0 on the 25th minute when off a corner by Dennis Rocha dos Santos, Ricardo Barreto da Rocha Filho headed the ball in from close range.

The match was practically over for Mosta on the 40th minute when Valletta scored their third goal of the match. A precise pass by Michael Mifsud to Steve Borg was enough for the latter to conclude by beating goalkeeper Justin Haber with his low shot.

Mosta managed to get on the score sheet on the 44th minute when off a cross by Manolito Micallef, Obinna Obiefule headed the ball past goalkeeper Manuel Bartolo to make it 3-1.
