National team loses friendly match to Pescara

The national team were defeated 2-0 by Italian Serie B side Pescara on Saturday.

The game against Pescara was part of the National team's one-week pre-season training camp in Italy.

The goals came from Marco Sansovini who converted a penalty 5 minutes before the end of the first half and in added time the second goal came from Angelo Corsi.

Wow very encouraging. Losing to a serie B team no wonder we get a whooping every time we play away. Foreign coach or maltese one doesn't make a difference we are still a bunch of amateurs that will not get beyond this limit. Hard Luck Malta football is not your cup of tea.
