Roma finalise deal with Inter for Burdisso

Roma have finally signed Burdisso on a four year deal from Inter.

Roma have signed Nicolas Burdisso from Inter on a four year deal, the club said in a statement on Saturday.

Sporting director Daniele Prade was in Milan on Friday finalising the agreement with the Nerazzurri who had shown resistance over their fee. Roma have agreed to pay Inter €8 million over three years.

Burdisso has penned a four year contract and will earn €3.8m during the 2010/11 season, with an increase to €4.5m per annum for the 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14 seasons.

A statement on the club's official website reads: "AS Roma S.p.A announce that we have finalised an agreement with Inter for the permanent aquisition of Nicolas Burdisso with effect from today (Saturday).

"An €8m fee will go in favour of Inter for the aquisition."

Burdisso joins brother Guillermo who signed for the Lupi earlier this month.
