Chievo went top of Italian soccer’s Serie A after a 3-1 win at Genoa today in the second round of games.

Goals by Davide Moscardelli -- deflected off defender Dario Dainelli -- Michele Marcolini and Sergio Pellissier gave Chievo the victory after Genoa took the lead through Mattia Destro.

Chievo is the only team with a 100 percent record, although Bari can also get a second straight win in tonight’s late game at Napoli. Juventus drew 3-3 with Sampdoria. Cesena upset AC Milan 2-0 yesterday.
