Tarxien blaze past Balzan Youths

On the 12^th minute Sergio Pacheco De Oliveira made no mistake by putting a hard shot past goalkeeper Fredrick Tabone.

Tarxien kept pressing and Cristiano Dos Santos Rodrigues made it 2-0 on the 34^th minute when he headed the ball in after receiving from a Mark Tanti corner-kick.

Balzan’s Steve Meilak was brought down in the area and the referee pointed to the penalty spot. Uchenne Anyanwu made no mistake with the shot and kept Balzan in the match.

After numerous chances on both sides of the pitch Tarxien put the game out of reach on the 56^th minute when Everton Antonio Pereira headed the ball in after receiving from a corner kick taken by Bianluca Calabretta.
