Pazzini ‘sorry’ to see Cassano out of squad

Sampdoria has applied to the Lega Serie A to have his contract dissolved, after a clash with the club’s president Riccardo Garrone.

Interviewed by the La Gazzetta dello Sport, Pazzini said, “It’s a difficult situation. The players can’t do anything about it. But we are following the affair with trepidation.”
