Napoli leave it late to sink Lecce as Lazio defeat Udinese

In the past six matches Napoli has scored the match winner in the final seconds of the match. The fighting spirit of the team and the fantastic goal scoring of Edinson Cavani are turning Napoli into real Scudetto contenders.

Cavani scored the match winner with a fantastic shot on the 90^th  minute to sink Lecce.

Napoli are now tied in second place with Lazio three points behind Milan.

Lazio defeated Udinese in a five goal thriller after edging them out 3-2. Udinese were very unfortunate as a own goal from Christian Zapata gave Lazio the three points to keep them in touch with Milan.

Juventus practically had all three points in the bag after they played to a 1-1 draw against Chievo.

The hosts missed a opportunity to take the lead after they missed a penalty. Quagliarella gave Juventus the lead on the 30^th  minute. But Chievo scored the deserved draw thanks to Pellissier late in added time.

Catania defeated Brescia 1-0 thanks to Maxi Lopez. Catania move to 11^th  place in the standings, six points clear of the relegation zone.

Bari picked up a value point against Palermo as they played to a 1-1 draw. Josip Ilicic put Palermo ahead, but Andrea Masiello converted a penalty for Bari to cancel out Andrea’s goal.

Parma and Bologna played to a goalless draw. Both teams are desperate for points as they are both just a few points clear of the relegation zone.

The big derby between Sampdoria and Genoa was cancelled due to heavy snow fall.
